A seasoned developer and operator, Izhak Ben Shabat has over 20 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, multifamily operations, and hospitality investments. He has overseen portfolios including 2,000+ residential units, commercial real estate, and resort properties. Izhak founded Seacret, an international retail success with $2B+ in global revenue. As a former Military officer, his disciplined leadership ensures sound strategy and execution at every level. He is currently the managing partner of Caliber Hospitality Development and the Chairman of Strata International Group.

Responsible for defining the company’s vision, strategic direction, and global growth. Beginning his career at Strata from the ground level, Amir worked across nearly every operational role within the organization, gaining firsthand experience in manufacturing, construction, SABS code development, Permitting, inspections, SABS certification, and business development.

Over time, Amir became deeply involved in the execution and delivery of SABS projects across the United States and international markets, including China and Mexico, contributing to the successful completion of more than 300 SABS projects over two decades. His experience includes extensive work in building code compliance and coordination with local authorities, inspectors, and engineering teams. Since 2008, Amir has been a core member of Strata, playing a central role in scaling the business from early operations to a globally active construction technology company.

Mimo Dabush is a Managing Director and seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience as an investor and entrepreneur. Throughout his career, Mimo has been deeply involved in identifying opportunities, building value, and leading projects with a long-term, results-driven approach. His work is guided by strategic thinking, discipline, and a strong commitment to excellence.

Originally from Israel, Mimo relocated to the United States in 2000. He proudly served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), an experience that shaped his leadership style, sense of responsibility, and dedication to teamwork. From the age of eight through twenty, Mimo played competitive soccer—an experience that instilled in him the importance of collaboration, perseverance, and a winning mindset, qualities he brings into every business venture.

As an Orthodox Jewish professional, Mimo’s faith plays a central role in guiding his business principles. He believes strongly in honesty, integrity, and hard work as the foundation for long-term success. Mimo is committed to building trusted partnerships, delivering consistent results, and creating meaningful value for investors and stakeholders through disciplined execution and ethical leader.

Geoff Habicht is a nationally recognized entrepreneur and executive with a history of building high-growth companies. He co-founded Mi-One® Brands, ranked on the INC 5000 for eight consecutive years, and led ForzaStone to acquisition. With prior leadership at TTI and Newell Rubbermaid, Geoff brings extensive experience in capital markets, brand growth, and investor alignment.

Amir Hakak is a serial entrepreneur and operational strategist. As co-founder and CEO of Mi-One® Brands, Amir has built a globally recognized manufacturing company. His focus on quality, supply chain efficiency, and customer-centric thinking has driven award-winning performance and operational excellence across industries.

Kyle Barichello is the Vice President of Operations, where he leads multiple departments and drives operational strategy and execution across the company’s efforts supporting real estate projects. He is responsible for aligning internal teams with customers, vendors, and partners to ensure efficient delivery, strong vendor performance, and reliable project support.

He brings more than a decade of experience spanning public sector planning, private development, entitlements, and large-scale project delivery. Kyle has led projects exceeding $200 million in value and negotiated acquisitions, joint ventures, and development agreements, while building forecasting and fee models and implementing systems that improve resource allocation, financial clarity, and delivery speed.

Tali brings more than 20 years of experience in financial management and business administration, including two decades with Seacret, a global cosmetics company operating across multiple international markets. She has deep expertise in global financial operations and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-entity environments. At Strata, Tali oversees financial planning, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, providing the financial discipline and insight needed to support the company’s growth objectives. She is known for aligning financial strategy with operational execution to drive sustainable performance. Tali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Muzafer Najfi is a highly accomplished leadership trainer and developer with over 30 years of experience in coaching, training, and helping individuals with personal and professional development. His expertise lies in building sales teams, mentoring professionals, and delivering life changing workshops and seminars. Muzafer Najfi has an impressive track record of success, having built global sales organizations with memberships in the hundreds of thousands across seven different companies. As a corporate executive, he has consulted for several companies and held the position of Executive VP three different times. Helping companies grow international as well as doubling and tripling sales. Muzafer’s exceptional leadership abilities have earned him recognition and numerous awards, including top income earner and multiple leadership accolade in different sales companies. His coaching and mentoring expertise extends to professionals from various domains, ranging from professional athletes to CEOs of Fortune 500 companies.

Valeria is an experienced account executive with a strong background in client relations and project coordination in the construction and design industries. Since joining Strata, she has played a key role in managing high-profile projects and streamlining communication between clients and internal teams. Valeria’s attention to detail and proactive approach have helped ensure smooth project execution and excellent client satisfaction. She is passionate about leveraging SABS technology to improve building processes.

Keith J. Orgeron, P.E., is a distinguished mechanical engineer and prolific inventor with over 40 years of experience specializing in large machinery design, finite element analysis (FEA), and intellectual property development. Since 2013, he has served as the Principal of Orgeron Engineering, PLLC, where he provides high-level consulting for industries including upstream and downstream oil and gas, building structures, mining, and power generation.

Orgeron is widely recognized for his extensive patent portfolio, having been awarded 40 U.S. Patents for innovations in drilling and pipe-handling equipment used by global leaders such as Shell, BP, and Patterson-UTI. His technical expertise spans mechanical, hydraulic, and structural systems, with a focus on delivering "error-resistant" designs through 3D CAD and advanced FEA simulations.

Prior to establishing his firm, Orgeron held senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Engineering at T&T Engineering Services, where he managed multi-million dollar R&D budgets and teams of up to 30 engineers/designers. A graduate of Texas A&M University (BSME), he is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and a respected expert witness and failure analyst. His career is defined by a commitment to "delivering innovation and solving problems" through disciplined engineering and a deep understanding of how we numerically simulate the physics of the world balancing profit and safety.

Amy has over 18 years of experience in customer service and executive relationship management in the financial, manufacturing, oil & gas, retail, hospitality, and healthcare industries. With a background in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, and Business Finance, Amy excels in efficiency, organization, problem solving, effective communication, training, implementation, data analyses, project management, and customer relationship management. Amy has traveled to and collaborated with executive leadership nationwide and internationally with Fortune 500 companies such as Chevron and UnitedHealth Group. Amy has also trained over 1,000 physicians, nurses, and additional healthcare employees in hospitals and clinics across the United States on various Epic Systems, the leading developer in comprehensive Electronic Health Record (EHR) software to manage and improve clinical workflow efficiencies and patient care.

Gabrialla Gabriel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Arizona State University. She began her career in the legal field, gaining experience across multiple areas of law, including roles with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the City of Phoenix Prosecutor’s Office. She later transitioned into real estate finance, becoming a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, and launched a real estate business focused on residential property flipping. In 2025, Gabrialla joined Strata International Group, where she applies her diverse background, strong work ethic, and analytical mindset to support clients, drive strategic solutions, and contribute meaningful value across projects and partnerships.
